Fishing Village Historical Tour

local culture

An exciting and enriching historical walk with the “Captain”.

Lofoten Prestige is deeply committed to sharing the rich history and cultural treasures of Lofoten, creating meaningful and unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression.

We’ll take you back to where it all began in 1828, when the Berg family opened Svolvær’s first store and established a trading business in the authentic style of a traditional væreiere (fishing village owner).
