About the trip

Our 3-hour nature safari takes you out on a kayak trip out of the ordinary in beautiful Henningsvær. Together with our experienced guide you will be introduced to Lofotens bird and marine life, learn how to kayak while enjoying nature itself.

When you embark in a sea kayak you practically sit on the surface of the sea and can navigate it using your own strength. You can appreciate Lofoten’s dramatic mountains from a whole new perspective when you paddle up close to them.

This trip is suitable for those with little or no kayaking experience. The tandem kayaks are steady and wide. You receive a solid introduction before we embark the kayaks. Our guides meet you 30 minutes before departure at Fast Hotel Henningsvær.

Additional information

The weather in Lofoten changes a lot from day to day, which is some of the charm of the islands. You should dress to suit the weather, and our recommendation is that on a cold summer day you wear wool underwear. Bring a water bottle too.

Children over the age of 10 who can swim can participate in the company of an adult.
