Adventure Project Manager
Location: Lofoten, Norway
Time: Full-time
Team Prestige is looking for a full time Adventure Project Manager!
About the position:
Potential for Co-Ownership!
At Lofoten Prestige, our mission is to inspire and delight our guests through unparalleled service and unforgettable experiences, showcasing the stunning beauty of Lofoten. We promise to deliver a "memory guarantee," ensuring every visit leaves our guests with moments they’ll cherish forever.
As we expand into luxury adventure tourism, we're looking for a dedicated Adventure Experience Designer to lead and shape our new Lofoten Prestige Adventure department. This is a hybrid role that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution — not only will you help develop the adventure product, you'll also be out in the field guiding guests, planning tours, and delivering memorable experiences.
We are looking for someone who’s eager to understand our entire business and who wants to become part of the full Lofoten Prestige experience. That means stepping into different roles when needed — whether it’s assisting with lodge cleaning, performing maintenance tasks, or simply going the extra mile to solve problems for our guests. At Lofoten Prestige, we’re known for saying "we fix it," and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that mindset.
